It was definitely when I really 'grew up'. Stating thinking for myself, making decisions that would change my life. I met my first husband and father of my 3 children in 1969. It was a time of world turmoil and personal happiness. I will never forget it.
I, too, am very happy now and glad to be married to my true soul mate!
★Linda★Linda ★ Parker's Generalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06580449029112777882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2895213364640417079.post-87902398285737629752011-03-03T18:23:25.995-08:002011-03-03T18:23:25.995-08:00Yes, I remember it well. The hair rollers I used were a metal mesh and the heat of the dryer made them hot on your head. You leave the dryer on too long and it felt like your scalp was on fire.
And check out the James Dean look with the short length jeans that your handsome hubby was wearing. Somewhere I have a pic of my hubby wearing a paisley shirt. Remember when all the guys wore them?
Thanks for the memories!
JudyAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07901985293961748895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2895213364640417079.post-52481551385346468912011-02-27T19:59:27.260-08:002011-02-27T19:59:27.260-08:00Oh yes Jan how I remember the roller and heat
